Introduction
Pullhub is provided by debutt studio. By using Pullhub, you agree to these Terms and agree to use Pullhub responsibly.
Use of Pullhub
Pullhub is intended for collecting references, organizing boards, capturing selected content, sharing boards, exporting backups, and preparing Google Slides. You are responsible for complying with copyright, website terms, and applicable laws.
Your content and rights
You keep ownership of the content you save or add to Pullhub. You give Pullhub permission to process, store, display, export, and share your content only as needed to provide the extension features you choose to use.
Public sharing
If you create a public board link, anyone with the link may be able to view that board. You are responsible for what you choose to share. Disabling public sharing or deleting a board may make the link unavailable, but content that was previously viewed, copied, exported, or downloaded cannot be recalled.
Google Slides and third-party services
Pullhub may rely on browser APIs, Google APIs, Firebase, ExtensionPay, Stripe, and third-party websites. Google Slides actions only happen when you choose to push or send content to Google Slides through Pullhub. Some websites may block image access, downloads, captures, or exports.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. Trials, renewals, cancellations, invoices, payment failures, and refunds may be handled by the payment provider. Access to paid features may change if a subscription expires, fails, or is cancelled. Prices, plan limits, and paid features may change over time.
Availability and service changes
Pullhub depends on third-party services and browser behavior. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change over time. Some features may become unavailable if third-party services, websites, or browser APIs change.
Acceptable use
You may not use Pullhub for illegal, infringing, abusive, harmful, or malicious activity. You may not attempt to bypass limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the extension, or misuse shared content.
No warranty
Pullhub is provided as-is without warranties. We do not guarantee that Pullhub will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every website, browser, Google service, or third-party API.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, debutt studio is not responsible for lost data, missed deadlines, service interruptions, blocked websites, payment provider issues, misuse of saved content, or indirect damages.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pullhub after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
